Frequently Asked Questions

Every bus trip package includes round-trip charter bus transportation from Bellevue, Ohio, one night at a Holiday Inn Express (double occupancy, complimentary breakfast included), and your game ticket with group seating. Fly-in packages include round-trip group airfare, hotel, game ticket, and ground transfers.
All charter buses depart from Bellevue, Ohio. The exact pickup location and time will be communicated to all confirmed travelers one week before the trip.
Each trip requires a minimum of 20 rooms to operate. If the minimum is not met, all payments are refunded in full 7 days prior to the scheduled trip date. You can track how many rooms are filled on each trip card.
Packages are priced based on double occupancy (two guests per room). If you're traveling solo, you can add a single occupancy supplement for a private room ($70-$100 depending on the city). Or we can try to pair you with another solo traveler — just ask!
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable as hotel blocks and group tickets are committed. We strongly recommend trip protection insurance, which we can help arrange.
Absolutely! If the Browns make the playoffs, we'll organize trips for every postseason game — Wild Card, Divisional, AFC Championship, and the Super Bowl. Returning guests get 10% off the Super Bowl trip. Sign up for our mailing list to get first access.
